Manuella was born in southern Tunisia, on a land shaped by the sun, time, and olive cultivation. Our ambition is to offer an extra virgin olive oil that truly expresses its Mediterranean origin.

From the selection of the olives to bottling, we pay particular attention to every step in order to preserve the natural qualities of the oil, its character, and its aromas.
